Gait & Biomechanical Analysis
Specializing in Sports Medicine, Advanced Footcare offers appointments for patients to get very thorough, on-site biomechanical examinations by some of the most experienced physicians trained in the field of biomechanics. Analysis may include range of motion studies, muscle strength testing, motion analysis and computer gait analysis. A patient's gait can be monitored while a video camera attached to a computer captures the gait cycle in real time while walking or running on a treadmill, allowing our trained experts to analyze biomechanical abnormalities in foot, leg, hip or back function.
